I am a dedicated case manager with experience supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness through outreach, housing navigation, and harm reduction services. Having personally overcome significant hardships like addiction and homelessness, I bring compassion, resilience, and real-world understanding to her work. I have experience with HMIS, Coordinated Entry, and the PATH program, and is passionate about connecting people with the resources they need to achieve stability and independence. Outside of work, Rikki enjoys spontaneous adventures, exploring historical and spooky destinations, spending time with family, and embracing her unique style and creativity. Known for her determination and caring nature, she strives to make a positive impact in her community while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
